Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. Coffeee from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
Strength - 3, gentle and easy to go, great for relaxing at the weekend.

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winter's day sat on the sofa with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from being too extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that just boiled. Then let it sit for 4 minutes then plunge and take a sip and.
